Nowhere In Particular

Nowhere in Particular is here to appreciate the screamy, noisy, and messy sounds of [mostly but not exclusively] emo music as well as emo-adj. Emo stems from the 80s DC hc punk scene and has changed a lot in the last 40ish years it's been around.

Emo is currently in its fifth wave, and it's all over the place in regards to sound; some pay homage to the 2nd and 1st waves, while others are smashing atoms together and creating more bizarre new sounds that grab inspiration and influence from all sorts of genres. 

I'll be archiving and cataloging music [to the best of my ability] as well as reviewing and sharing all my favorite bands as well as new music I find. I'll do a weekly music compilation besides just the obligatory playlist that will be uploaded with a band review.
